We have a deep concern for children and families experiencing homelessness in our community. We understand that each family has a unique story, and we seek to provide them with the best of care. As we strive to cultivate an environment of compassion, respect, and responsiveness, we center the voices and choices of clients alongside the knowledgeable skills of our staff.
Advocacy
We work with and support families to increase their knowledge, skills, and connections to resources to establish stability and long-term success. By working with and not doing for, we seek to help families take control of their lives and claim a better future for their children.
Trust
We acknowledge that relationships are an integral aspect of our work, and we cultivate relationships by building trust among ourselves and with our clients, community partners, and supporters. We intentionally practice consistency, honesty, and transparency to foster a collaborative environment, help clients achieve their goals, and evaluate our impact.
Transformation
We activate optimism and hope to help families reach their full potential and thrive. We seek to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all families with children. We are adaptable and employ the best practices and strategies that will most quickly move families to housing and stability.
