Collaboration Works
At Families Together, we know no single organization can end family homelessness alone. Our role is to connect families with a network of trusted community partners, so they receive the full range of care and resources they need, from housing and healthcare to childcare, employment, and education.
Together with nonprofits, businesses, faith communities, and local government, we create long-term solutions that move children and their families from crisis to stability.
How We Work Together
Coordinated Housing Response – As part of HOUSE Wake! (the Wake County Continuum of Care), we connect families to shelter, case management, and permanent housing
Community Coalitions – We co-founded the Wake Affordable Housing Coalition with Habitat for Humanity to advocate for housing opportunities for all residents
Everyday Support – Through partnerships across Wake County, families access food, healthcare, childcare, transportation, education, and workforce training
