8,000 children in Wake County will experience homelessness this year.

The number is big—but change starts with one.
One child. One safe night. One new beginning.

Right now, families in our community are caught in the affordable housing crisis. Children are sleeping in cars, storage units, and on the streets. Others are split up, couch-hopping between friends. This year, the need is greater than ever.

At Families Together, we believe that every child deserves a place to call home—and a community that supports their journey forward.

Your support helps a child find home, community, and a new beginning.

Every day, our team works alongside families to break the cycle of homelessness by providing not just housing, but the tools and support they need to thrive, including:

✔️ Personalized case management to address each family’s unique needs.
✔️ Connections to essential resources like childcare, healthcare, and basic necessities.
✔️ Financial empowerment and employment support to build lasting stability.
✔️ Life skills workshops on tenant rights, budgeting, home maintenance, self-care, and more.

You’ll spark generosity that helps children have a safe home, a caring community, and the chance for a new beginning.
