As the Director of Development and Communications, Kelly Nutty is an advocate and amplifier for the families served by Families Together, and she is focused on bringing together allies in the Greater Raleigh area to help solve the issues of homelessness and affordable housing. She has been involved in addressing the issue of homelessness for most of her nonprofit career, working at nonprofits focused on transitional shelter, job training, mental health care, and youth.
Kelly has a professional history of successful advocacy, relationships building, strategic planning, and community engagement. She has been involved in leadership roles in nonprofit organizations for almost 15 years, and her goal is to leave the world better than she found it. Kelly previously practiced law in the areas of construction litigation and government contracts.
