Prior to joining the Families Together team Hannah began her work in the nonprofit and community organizing space at age 17 in Detroit, Michigan. This cemented her love for the work and she has been serving her community ever since. Hannah has always had a passion for serving her homeless neighbors and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at North Carolina State University with the desire to turn that passion into a career. When not at work, you can find her hiking at Umstead State Park or at home making music or creating art.
