My fondest memories were of my family’s trips to Disney World My nickname is Nikki and my parents had t-shirts made that said “I’m Nikki’s dad”, “I’m Nikki’s mom”, and “I’m Nikki”. I will always remember and cherish those times we had as a family unit.

In Jasmine’s role as a Mentor Advocate, she works with families experiencing homelessness and helps them overcome challenges that prevent them from being housed. She has had a passion for serving others since she was a teen saying, “I wanted to be of help to others even when I was too young to help myself.” That passion led her to attend Virginia Union University where she received a BSW. She then went on to Virginia Commonwealth University where she received her MSW. Growing up in Greensboro, NC Jasmine dreamed of being an R&B singer one day.
